Not bad. I found myself reflecting what as happening on screen. I've tried it a few times, and my experience is deeper when I already know the program well. Remember, that this allows you to experience what you see on the screen, so you see what the program shows you, and if the director & actors are not very good, you won't have a strong emotional reflection. A prop representing something the character is touching helps with the strength of visualization

I listened to the file and I reallized there were no suggestions regarding seeing what the character sees. 🙁 All I really felt was different feelings, like being touched, hurt, and being a different weight. I almost tasted something they ate... Mabey i just gotta listen to it some more, but I'd really appriciate it if it could let me see from the point of view from the character, not 3rd person.
