This file is good but isn\'t the one for me to achieve the best results. I still had control of the muscles to stop myself doing a wee however I hadn\'t been introduced to a potty so didn\'t know what to do with this control. To me Train Potty Amnesia is better (or trig potty amnesia if you only want this to be temporary).

Of all the files i have tryed none of them have worked as good as yours have. I was about to give up but this one came threw.
