This recording is a generalized, directed version of a self-hypnosis exercise that I like to recommend to people to practice becoming a better hypnotic subject. You'll need to have something to look at while you listen-- any stereotypically hypnotic focus like a candle flame or a spiral or waves on a beach or really, whatever you'd like to try-- I encourage experimenting with different sights or images. Essentially you're just going to look at it and let your mind wander, off into trance.
The exact direction your mind wanders is a bit more self-directed than perhaps usual, and there isn't an explicit end to this trance; you'll just come back up when you're ready. That said, there are also a few suggestions to make this more fun for people who very much enjoy being directed, 😉 and some further suggestions around tranceplay with partners.
