This is recorded in Text to Speech format, and you listen to this for 30 days looped daily during sleep, or for an hour as you go to sleep and as you wake up... You can loop during any other relaxing time as well.. If looped correctly this can become permanent. This file may change to charged in the future so snatch it up while you can.
