I just don't know why but a 5 count to 1 feels like it unlocks my internal urinary sphincter, rather than any countdown, and it's specific and weird >.< - Thanks for replying! I didn't think you would and I find your soft, story style is so much better for me than other kinds of hypnosis files. I'm a bright boy who doesn't really trance but you make me feel safe, and I know that's the point and I appreciate it a lot.

I love your work. I wish there was a file that counted down from five, or more actively encouraged messes, or both. Maybe something that encourages pushing. I have a very shy bladder, and so far I haven’t been able to wet while listening no matter how relaxed I become. My internal sphincters must not let go, even when I really need to go, it’s only after the file ends for a little bit that my body lets go. And when traditionally using the restroom, I often have to count down from five to have my bladder let go…
