@Rebroad correct, but like I said before, I have a hyperactive gag reflex. I gag badly just from brushing my back teeth or tongue for example. I finally just recently got hypnosis of any kind to even take me into trance, so I’ll have to give this another go. Given how bad mine is, it’ll probably take a year of listening to have much effect.
