I think this could have done with some more in-file telegraphing. I forget if I originally found this file here or not. I just know that when I originally downloaded it was just labeled as "Daddy's House 1" in the filename, and I don't think the spanking aspect was properly labeled in the description. The file itself also doesn't warn about the spanking in the introduction.

So, I did not have a good time when I first tried it out. The clothes-cutting was a bit of a rude surprise (and IMO the way its set up is kinda awkward & mean; the listener is told to imagine themselves in clothing they're *comfortable* in as they approach the house, so having it abruptly destroyed is jarring - especially if they were picturing littlespace clothing). And the spanking was a VERY unpleasant surprise (made worse by immediately following the jarring clothing destruction). I actually had to stop listening at that point. When I gave the file another try afterward, the advance knowledge let me brace for that part... but it was still highly uncomfortable and definitely a case of enduring it to see if the rest of the file would be enjoyable.

I get the impression that your primary test audience are very into forceful babying, including impact play and being set up to get punished.
But impact play needs a warning. While there are at least external warnings in the current description and filename, it's best to have an in-file warning because that can't be lost unless someone actually tampers with the audio.
