An update on this file. I've been listening regularly for over a week and a half now. Since I have been listening to it, I have really become addicted to male pheromones. I still shower daily, but just using water to rinse, with no soap at all. My pits and crotch smell natural and fantastic. No deodorant or powder. And when I work out, I stink to high heaven. The smell of other guys, especially ones that look alpha to me, is irresistable. I cannot resist, even if I tried. There's no going back now.

This is a great file for anyone that is into pheromones. I've listened to it a few ties now and plan to continue to do so. Though I really don't remember much of the content, the voice is great, the effects are strong and I definitely feel like I will be seeking out natural odors more and more as I keep listening. I'll try to remember to update this note once I've listened to it a bunch more times.
