I liked it, I personally enjoy background noise but I know that’s not everyone’s style. I enjoyed the rhyming, and filling the room and drinking the milk and feeling fuller and feeling stuck/heavy unable to move part. Maybe some suggest some more postive reinforcements like more good little cow, but overall I really enjoyed this audio!

I absolutely love this file!
Relaxing the mind before the body was unique in the induction, and the rhyming slow tone of your voice really helped.
The suggestions were amazing and while I would have loved a little more description of transformation, I did feel the sensation of heavy udders.

As Berry mentioned, the suggestions definitely stray towards hyper territory, but this is by no means a bad thing!
However, I agree that the listing tone can become a bit much in places.

Overall, a solid 9/10 and one of my new favourites <3
