This is an induction designed for people who get distracted in trance. It uses a breathing technique to induce a relaxed state, then moves from there to an "overload" technique to give the mind a few things to think about while suggesting to fall deeper. It is intended for the non-visual thinkers, who tend to be distracted by the trance itself.
There are some light shades of D/s, but really the focus is on obedience within the trance, so an non-submissive should be fine with this.
