You should set an alarm before listening (the recording will remind you)-- the alarm will wake you, but until then you will be trying to awaken but unable to do so, training yourself to be entirely locked into hypnosis until something external sets you free (an emergency or other interruption will also wake you). Over time you will train yourself to be locked in for longer and longer...
