So far more sensitive and more often erected nipples is all I got. But I am chubby, with more fat that produces estrogen to some extend. I would suggest to eat foods/supplements that increase prolactin (anese, fennel, cumin, fenugreek etc.) and some to reduce testosterone (soy, green tea, peppermint etc.) together with these files. jab16399: Just saing from what I read. Estrogen deposits fat in breasts while high progesterone stimulates mammary glands and associated tissues growth to prepare breasts for breastfeeding. This tissue growth will cause breast enlargement. Prolactin stimulates milk production and stored milk causes another yet temporary enlargement, and with high levels would cause glands enlargement and higher milk production.
