Also, first time ever I went down completely with no recollection of the last 5 minutes of the file. Really weird to wake up, hearing something in the back of my mind about 4 and then 5 and awake! So well done there.
And then, after one listening before bed, I dreamt that I was peeing in my sleep, knowing I was in my diaper. Sadly, it didn't happen in real life but this was the closest I ever got to anything like that. We'll see what another listen does
