There are a number of excellent induction files here, but there's a lack of files to bring you back out of trance. So for everyone that's making playlists that start with an induction, go to a deepener perhaps, get down to business with a suggestion, trigger, curse, or training file body... well, how do ya get OUT of it? I made this file as an awakener with a kickstart. It gives a suggestion to reinforce any other files that might have been listened to, and then gives you a choice as to what you want to happen after you're awake.
