My first venture into the world of subliminals! I did a bit of research on reddit because I have trouble getting hypno to stick on myself because of some subconscious blocks I have from past trauma. So I thought... what if I decided to chisel away at my subconscious instead of sledge-hammer in a bunch of suggestions in a single session? Hence, a subliminal series was born! 5 vocal layers, each pitched slightly differently (typical human vocal range, not inaudible high-pitched stuff), all at double-speed. With a nice low static bass hum at 55Hz and binaural beats at 220Hz a few octaves above.  File is 1 hour in length.  Suggestions include 30 affirmations to increase hypnotic suggestibility and 30 affirmations for weight gain and arousal from eating. Instructions: Play for at least 3 hours a day as a background sound. It should not be loud and you should not be able to make out what's being said (it should be too difficult anyway because of the layering, but your subconscious will eventually decode and absorb the suggestions). It should sound like you're waiting for a table outside of a restaurant and it's the chatter you're hearing from inside. It can be used while working, gaming, sleeping, streaming, etc... pretty much any time you can have headphones on. There is no maximum listening time. In theory, the longer you listen, the quicker it will work. You will need to commit to using the file daily for it to work. Expectations: Subliminals are a "slow burn" type of hypnosis and effects will not be immediate, but they will acumulate over time on a scale of days to months. I'm not experienced enough yet with sublims to say how long to expect it to take, but the reddit subliminal community suggests it can take up to 6 months for full effects to come through. The update many have been waiting for is finally ready! I have now re-scripted the Chronic Masturbator 2 file into Ericksonian-style allegory-based suggestions. I've been learning! In my own hypno journey, I've discovered the effectiveness of Ericksonian language and inductions.  Based on Blink's Basic Induction with some slightly changed stories, and inspired by Professor Pig's "Helpless to Hypno Curse", I've developed a new file that intends to make the listener accept ALL suggestions given in trance from trusted files and tists. Now, this could be a bit dangerous if you're not responsible with how you play with hypno (let anybody trance you, listen to any files without screening the suggestions first, etc); then again, that IS some people's kink! The file programs the listener to accept any and all suggestions given while in a trance and for those suggestions to become permanent and instantly effective. It also programs the listener to become more and more sexually aroused as they are given suggestions in trance. Finally, it focuses on increasing the feeling of helpless compliance to suggestion, so even if you don't want to do it, you will do it and you will feel helplessly forced. The file does mention male genitalia in the arousal suggestions, so it may not be suitable for those without a penis... unless you're good at glossing over that sort of thing. The induction style is very metaphorical and uses Blink's script for the most part, with some changed storytelling elements to be about a different person with a preamble about changes to my own induction style, and has a hand-over to the body. Blink gets full credit for the effectiveness of this induction. The body is based on Professor Pig's file, but as I progressed in modifying the script, it diverged greatly from that file, but there are still a few bones from there to be found, but I would say is primarily my own creation.  Binaural frequencies updated to reflect the more scientifically-established 7.5Hz level. Background updated to meditative music I found online for free.  Contains trance trigger in case we ever talk for further work! Be responsible with this and enjoy!
