This is a more advanced file and targeting those that have listened to my files before, especially 'Suggestible to ocntrl'. Major thanks goes out to rgn to help me over the course of a week to fine tune the suggestions! This file will install a trigger. HOW TO TRIGGER: Find a clock with the seconds showing (digital or analogue) and decide to watch it in order to trigger the effects. WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS: You will watch the seconds pass by for 5 minutes. Every second you see passing by relaxes you more and increases your arousal. Every time 10 seconds pass you will experience a surge in arousal. After the five minutes you will gradually return to the real world and all relaxation will transform into additional arousal. You can only trigger this once every hour. You can only orgasm two hours after the last trigger, so you have to skip using it in order to orgasm. You will have an increased focus and efficiency in doing what you have to do between triggers. This is a remix of the Total Relaxation file adding a self trigger to it. Once you have experienced this file proper, just closing your eyes and picturing a lake with fading ripples will bring you back to a wonderful state of relaxation for as look as is required.
