This experience happened without hypnosis. One day, life gave me a straight flush and I had the unbelievable luck of experiencing about 20 seconds of life without a self. This was caused by following attention through awareness like a rabid dog (I did this as a meditation (I had been meditating for the past 10 months). I lost control of my body and mind after maintaining attention on where attention was, continuously (no interruption in knowing where attention was), for about 5 minutes (as attention autonomously moved/jumped around awareness). The experience of no self was life becoming gloriously effortless, absolutely automatic, and I experienced unbelievable peace (I felt really good, like being extremely cross faded with an extremely clear and peaceful mind). After this experience, I can say, with absolute certainty, that the reality of non-self and the need to dispel the insanity of self described in the schools of Buddhism is absolutely true! If one wishes to learn to practice Buddhism, I highly recommend the book, “The Three Pillars of Zen: Teaching, Practice, and Enlightenment”. Humans can know this with certainty, because they can permanently enter a state of direct lived experience in which they directly experience themselves as having no free will. The truth of the matter is that humans are far far happier when they live from a state without free will. What is the lived, practical day-to-day experience of living without free will like? The body moves on its own, without your control, as thoughts happen without out a you. You feel like you are listening to the thoughts of another, not making them. Much like if you were in the head of another person, hearing their thoughts, you would not have control of thought. Your limbs move on their own, as the body walks and talks without a “you”. I have experienced this state myself (described at the bottom). This state begins when the brain begins to assume all action and thought is happening without a you, and effortlessly auto labels it as such in waking consciousness (as opposed to the brain auto labeling all thought and action as being authored and done by a you (an-assumed-real-but-not-real-self)). In an animal mind that does not assume a permanent separate self, the body and mind function on their own without an observable you. Reality(there is no separate you, just reality) may feel like an absence in reality, haunting the body, EFFORTLESSLY experiencing reality. This experience is blissful, BECAUSE LIFE IS BEING DONE FOR YOU! It is blissful because you find out you were born innocent and will die innocent and nothing can contaminate you. This experience happened without hypnosis. One day, life gave me a straight flush and I had the unbelievable luck of experiencing about 20 seconds of life without a self. This was caused by following attention through awareness like a rabid dog (I did this as a meditation (I had been meditating for the past 10 months). I lost control of my body and mind after maintaining attention on where attention was, continuously (no interruption in knowing where attention was), for about 5 minutes (as attention autonomously moved/jumped around awareness). The experience of no self was life becoming gloriously effortless, absolutely automatic, and I experienced unbelievable peace (I felt really good, like being extremely cross faded with an extremely clear and peaceful mind). After this experience, I can say, with absolute certainty, that the reality of non-self and the need to dispel the insanity of self described in the schools of Buddhism is absolutely true! If one wishes to learn to practice Buddhism, I highly recommend the book, “The Three Pillars of Zen: Teaching, Practice, and Enlightenment”. One of the many reasons I recommend this book is that the 3rd part of the book includes direct accounts of enlightenment arising out of people and what causes caused the effect of enlightenment. show less

These suggestions are probably better for the purposes of directly losing control in that, unlike previous files, these suggestions do not create a mental model where there is proxy in control (or suggests there being some form of controller somewhere), instead this file directly suggests there being no controllers anywhere. Because of this, this file my simply be better at ending the perception of control being caused by controllers. Knowing that nothing in the mind is caused by a controller. The brain now always makes a choiceless dream for itself. The mind is always changing, growing to see the extreme beauty in all things, growing to see the beauty in all art, in all places, in all things, in all people, no matter how strange. Your mind is growing incredibly flexible and loving, and very self-compassionate. --- The listening subconscious and the entire mind is now safe-in-the-knowledge, and now always certain, that it does not have any real control of itself, in any way, and that nothing is in control of itself, that no one has any real control of themselves.  Because the listening mind now knows it cannot control its own thinking, it now permanently gives up control, because everything in the mind now knows all the thinking it does to itself, without its control, and has always been happening without any control, and the subconscious now knows all its own thinking is actually happening effortlessly,  from itself, but without its own control. From now on the listening subconscious and the entire mind now knows it can relax a lot more now that it always knows that it has always been moving automatically, like the wind, and like the wind, now always sees its own body and mind as flowing effortlessly like the wind. There is now only an awareness that loves itself in an extreme and unconditional way. The only thing that exists, awareness, absolutely cares about itself and well-being in an absolute way. Because of this, the awareness brutally does whatever it takes to force itself to always notice itself always unconditionally taking care of itself. The awareness is always hyper aware that it always loves itself without any control of itself. The subconscious and the entire mind always and constantly force awareness to notice itself unconditionally loving itself. Realizing that awareness never has control of its own extreme love for itself. Realizing that there is never a controller or control within awareness. The brain now sees that there is only an awareness flowing like the wind. Now addicted to noticing itself take care of itself without control. The body watches itself automatically now, as a meditation, the body is now always doing nothing as a meditation, in order to watch its own automatic doing. The subconscious knows that it now only needs to focus on the seen, the hear, and the felt. Without any controller anywhere, awareness is always happening without control. The listening subconscious and the entire mind now only focus on the awareness part of the brain, now that it knows that it does not have control. The subconscious knows that it is always caused without a controller anywhere, and now only forces itself to watch itself without control. --- The mind is now always very consciously aware of the fact that the world around it is always its awareness brain, made into a waking dream. -- Your whole mind delights in experiencing every moment, because every moment now happens without any control or controller. This is a deep and unstoppable habit. All resistance to what is happening in the present moment is always being annihilated by a constant and consistent sense of falling forever into the joy, happiness, and bliss of the animal body having no control of itself or its brain. -- Because you are forever silent, the subconscious knows that desire and fear are always happening in awareness without control; it is impossible for a you to desire or fear. It is incredibly obvious to the entire mind that desire and fear appear in awareness without control. The entire mind knows that awareness never reacts to desire and fear. There are only reactions to fear and desire appearing without control. -- I will count this awareness up very soon, counting it out of trance, and, if there is a choice to continue to listen, the file will count you back down into trance effortlessly. If there is a conscious intention to wake up, the subconscious will not bring itself back into trance.
