(See Dimmer Switch Induction for example.) After my induction, I tell the listener how easy it is to sleep and relax. I tell the listener that relaxation and sleep go hand in hand, and if one relaxes deep enough, they'll fall asleep. I remind the listener how good sleeping feels and how easy it'd be to fall into it. I then give the listener a trigger phrase that only they, and anyone they trust with the trigger may activate. The trigger phrase is "Sleepy Time" which causes the listener to feel their mind sink, as if on sleeping medication, into a deep sleep, slowly, and gently.    I hope you guys enjoy this file! This file will use my dimmer switch induction to bring the listener down into a deep state of trance. After the listener is down in trance, my voice will guide the listener into imagining their mind as an infinite maze, with an infinite amount of doors. The doors in your mind are all thoughts, things you learned, memories, things you locked away. Locked doors are things you can't access or "Forgot" and open doors are things you can access freely. The goal of this exercise is to help the listener remember information they forgot, or open locked potential they thought they didn't have.    I hope you guys enjoy this file! Oh look, a file by Cyrus, again!    -----------    In this induction, i take the listener to a room that the listener may or may not be familiar with from my other files. This room is the listener's happy place. I start by relaxing the listener, and having them visualize their happy place. Then i have the listener imagine a dimmer switch on a sliding track that leads up and down. I tell the listener that when the dimmer switch is at the top of the track (or 100%) that they are fully awake and aware, if the switch is at the bottom of the track (Or 0%) their conscious mind will fall into a deep sleep, letting their subconscious take full control. I then slide the dimmer switch down to the bottom of the track for the listener. After i have the listener nice and relaxed, in their near sleep state, I then take the listener through a full body snowy massage to help them cool down for summer. The familiar snowfox massages the listeners whole body with snow, so they end up relaxed, and feeling cool.    I hope you guys enjoy this file!
