This file is a semi-curse file, to gain a substantial amount of weight. I write semi-curse because there is some safety suggestions involved, and there can be respite at stages if you feel you have gone too far. Like most my files, it focuses on changing your mind, altering it to initiate change. It can also be used in a feeder / feedee scenario, as it installs a trigger which makes the listener not be able to resist eating when the trigger is spoken. Use at your own risk.
