I started listening to this a week ago and can confirm, it's the most effective file I've ever used! The hypnotic mist has so many good triggers that serve to increase your receptiveness, and I often feel that bit of warm, pleasurable haziness as I give in to the suggestions. The call-response can seem a bit hard at first, but stick with it and you'll begin to know exactly what to say! Even if you don't get it exact, the effort counts! The last command for when you wake up is longest, so I recommend writing it on a note app to read from until you have it memorized later. Back in September I began my baby twaining with the help of Mommy's Becoming a baby series focusing on the 3rd and 5th files of the series.
