I am going to give you a trigger that makes you shrink down one inch in height whenever you hear it. Your new trigger word is "Pipsqueak", and any time someone uses it on you, you cannot reverse it until they say "I release you". You may self trigger this, and if you do so, then you may release yourself. You are encouraged to try it out on yourself, but be warned of the bullying power that someone else can have over you. I poke fun at you as you shrink gradually when I trigger you over and over. You shrink down to My chest, and down even further, until you are so tiny and powerless. It feels pretty good to be smaller than Me, though. So at least you have that going for you.
