And it is all a matter of choices, options and free will. Yes, people have paid for the standard, audible version of the file, and many have enjoyed it. And I could have chosen to include everything in one, higher priced package. And I made the choice to give people options, to pay only for what they want.
And it might have been nice for all different versions to be included in one package, and it might have been even nicer for everything in this world to be free. But it isn't. And the good thing is that people have options and we can make choices.
